Online learning coaches were introduced to help students adapt to the requirements and demands of online learning and connect them with the tools and strategies they need to succeed—whether they’re looking for help with online courses, study skills, or need assistance finding a particular resource. These digital communications were developed to connect students with an online learning coach and discipline-specific support in the virtual environment.
