Student Assistance Program
The Student Assistance Program is a free wellness resource for UBC students. Services include personal counselling, life coaching, group programs, and more based on needs. There are multiple mental health resources available for students and it can be confusing to navigate. The objectives were to increase awareness about mental health services available, connect students to resources they need to resolve issues, and reduce the stigma surrounding asking for help.
